Shipping & Pick-Up Policy

Orders for in-stock items placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM (Central Time) will ship the same day. Delivery estimates shown at checkout may vary depending on this cutoff time.

Pick-up orders are typically available within 24 hours, Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please note that same-day rush pick-up is not always guaranteed. You will receive a text notification at the number provided once your order is ready.

Reseller / Tax-Exempt Setup Instructions

If your company would like to resell our products and qualify as tax-exempt, please follow the steps below:

  1. Provide a Valid Resale Certificate: Submit a copy of your state-issued resale or tax-exempt certificate. The certificate must be current and applicable to your business location.
  2. Complete a Reseller Account Form: Fill out our reseller application form Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate (Form 01‑339) — PDF (Download) (available upon request via email at texasadmt@gmail.com).Include your business name, contact information, shipping address, and tax ID or resale permit number.
  3. Verification: We will review your documentation to verify tax-exempt status. Once approved, your account will be flagged as tax-exempt for future orders.
  4. Ordering as a Reseller: Place orders under your reseller account to automatically receive tax-exempt pricing. Keep your certificate and account information up to date to avoid interruptions.
