Shipping & Pickup Policy – ADMT

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Adaptive Digital Manufacturing Technologies (ADMT). The following outlines our shipping and pickup policies.


Domestic Shipping

Order Processing:

  • Non-custom orders: Processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom orders: May take up to 5 business days to process.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

High-Volume Periods:
During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas), processing and shipping may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships.

  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • ADMT is not responsible for customs fees, tariffs, or taxes.

  • Any fees applied during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Damages During Shipping:

  • ADMT is not liable for lost or damaged items during transit.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Keep all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.


Pickup Policy

  • Orders are available for pickup 24 hours after placement, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time.

  • Rush same-day pickup may be available but is not guaranteed.

  • You will receive a notification via text or email when your order is ready for pickup.
