- xTool Selected Apparel Printer Glow in the Dark Film Rolls have customized perforations on both edges that fit perfectly into the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven Machine's track for transporting material. This design ensures automatic dithering and drying, and stabilizes the film roll position, thus dramatically increasing efficiency.
- Features a glow-in-the-dark effect: printed designs will have a distinctive glow in the dark affect after absorb ultraviolet light.
- Excellent Ink Absorption. With excellent ink absorption ability, the printed color is bright and full, and the pattern is clear, 100% clear of the original image color. The printed pattern is breathable, durable, skin-friendly, and washable to meet the needs of various applications.
- This product is a cold peel film. Heat press at 170°C/338°F for 10 seconds, allow to cool before peeling off the film, then re-press the completed transfer design using identical parameters.
- Versatile Material Compatibility. Suitable for a variety of materials, mainly cotton, polyester, synthetic, or silk fabrics. - Precautions:
- Since glow-in-the-dark film is thicker than standard printing film, it requires sharper cutting blades than regular film. Using blades that have been used multiple times may result in incomplete cuts.
- The glow-in-the-dark effect gradually diminishes with repeated washing.
- The coating on the glow-in-the-dark film may leave residue on the pinch roller after processing, please clean it after use (can wipe with alcohol).
- Store in a cool, dry place and avoid contact with sharp objects to prevent damage.
- Optimal Storage Conditions: Maintain a temperature of 26℃-28℃ and humidity below 50%. Moisture can affect print quality.
- Handle film rolls gently to avoid crushing or damaging them. When cutting open the wrapped film, be cautious with the knife's pressure and angle to prevent deep scratches.
